Our Story

The journey began with our founder, George, whose fascination with solar lighting dates back to its early introduction in the 1990s. Over the years, he installed solar lights in countless locations, always drawn to the promise of clean, wire-free illumination.

Yet there was a recurring disappointment: Most solar lights didn't last for years—and many failed to stay lit throughout the night.

A turning point came when George planned to install lighting across his ranch. The cost of traditional wired lighting—just the wiring alone, not to mention trenching and labor—was staggering. Solar lighting seemed like the obvious alternative, but the products commonly found in retail stores fell short in durability, brightness, and longevity.

Rather than compromise, George chose to go directly to the source—immersing himself in the research, engineering, development, and manufacturing of solar lighting. What began as curiosity became a hands-on pursuit of understanding how solar lights should truly perform.

That decision led to direct collaboration with manufacturers, rigorous testing, and the refinement of every detail—from component quality to battery performance. The result was the design and production of high-quality solar lights built to last, and built to perform from dusk to dawn.
